DEVELOPEMENT & SOCIAL WELLNESS
The Quintanilla Amaya Foundation promotes social cohesion and equality through projects that reduce discrimination and prevent exclusion. Our goal is to strengthen the social fabric by creating spaces where every individual feels valued. Through initiatives such as women’s empowerment, community fairs, job opportunities for youth, adults, and people with disabilities, as well as leadership workshops, we support local entrepreneurs with training, financial advice, and access to resources for business development.
LABOR INCLUSION
PROGRAMS
We collaborate with local stakeholders to implement labor inclusion programs focused on equitable hiring of women and entrepreneurs from rural or peri-urban communities. We connect employers with qualified candidates, contributing to the diversification and strengthening of the local workforce.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAMS
We implement programs designed to strengthen essential skills for personal and professional success. These include effective communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and key job-related competencies. Our goal is to empower individuals to face life’s challenges through practical learning, such as driving, fieldwork in communities, the use of construction materials technology, and administrative skills.
SHELTERS
We have a total of seven shelters available—six located in the central region and one in a rural area. These spaces are designed to provide refuge and assistance to those in need. Our founder supports six families across all seven shelters, fulfilling his vision and mission by providing them with essential aid and helping them integrate into society as agents of change for many more families.
